Our Circuit Training Sessions are 60 min exercise sessions for individuals who are looking to maintain strength, stamina and general health.
Exercise routines will change from week to week, with all participants completing a similar set of activities but at an intensity that suits each individual. The program is facilitated by our Exercise Physiologist (EPs), who will tailor exercise options to meet the specific needs of each group member. Participants in these sessions should be comfortable completing 60 mins of exercise, with no major limitations or unstable health conditions. |
