During your initial consultation we will discuss your individual story, your injury and medical history, and the goals you want to work towards.

Next we will assess your current physical capabilities and limitations. This will provide us with a baseline on which we can build a rehabilitation program.

create a customised exercise plan

We will then develop an exercise plan based on your assessment results, tailored to your specific circumstances, needs and goals.

    At any stage of your injury recovery journey, Your Move Health can offer advice and support to help you increase, modify or reduce your exercise plan as appropriate for your stage of injury rehabilitation. 


    In addition, we have access to a network of other healthcare professionals that we can connect you to as needed. 

  • SUPERVISED ONE-ON-ONE EXERCISE SESSIONS

    Would you like some help completing your exercise program? 


    We have all the equipment and expertise needed to get you moving safely and confidently, and we can help you with the accountability and motivation to keep you moving on your injury rehab journey.


    We are trained to progress or modify your exercise as needed on a session-by-session basis so that you get the best possible results for your effort. 


    Note: An initial consultation is required before participating in supervised exercise sessions. 

  • SUPERVISED SMALL GROUP EXERCISE SESSIONS

    Our small group exercise sessions are a way to connect with and support others while you are on your injury rehabilitation journey.


    Each group member has their own exercise program tailored to their needs, but you complete it in a fun social environment where you can be supported and encouraged by others, as well as receiving expert supervision & advice. 


    Note: An initial consultation is required before participating in our small group exercise sessions.

  • ONLINE VIDEO CONSULTATIONS (TELEHEALTH)

    For individuals who are immune-compromised, those who cannot access our clinic location, or even for convenience, we offer online video consultations and supervised training sessions via Zoom.
