Our Strength & Conditioning Program is for individuals of any ability who wish to have some continued supervision and support with their exercise, and/or those who enjoy the social atmosphere of exercising with others.
Individuals in our Strength & Conditioning Sessions have their own individually tailored exercise programs, but complete their programs in a small group environment, under the supervision of our Exercise Physiologists (EPs). These sessions are perfect for those who still want some feedback on their exercise completion and progression, but who do not necessarily require ongoing one-on-one supervision. It also provides an affordable option for regular clinician contact and motivation, without the cost of regular one-on-one sessions. |
Please note: an initial consultation and program familiarisation session is required prior to commencing in our Strength & Conditioning Group Sessions.
