How Can Exercise Physiology Help?

Most of us are aware that exercise is good for us, however for many of us getting moving regularly can be a challenge.

This may be because we have trouble maintaining motivation, because we do not enjoy going to the gym, or because we have never been very active and just don't know where to start!

It may also be because we have injuries or health problems that can make exercising difficult, or because we are worried that if we do the wrong things it may cause us more harm than good!

Our Exercise Physiologists (EPs) are experts in designing clinical exercise and lifestyle interventions for a broad range of health conditions, injuries and concerns.

We can partner with you to develop individually tailored exercise advice based on your specific needs, restrictions, goals and concerns.

At Your Move Health, we are experts in understanding how different types of exercise impact on the various systems of the human body, and how this interacts with your specific health problems, medications and other treatments.
This allows us to provide safe & effective advice on how best to utilise movement to improve your health and well-being.
